The room was reasonably spacious and soundproof with a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave.

The location favourable and ideal close to good restaurants. Short walk to other shops as well as Hamilton for work...

our a double room had central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen tv. it was good sized and bathroom included a bathtub. the location was marvellous in a pretty nice area, very close to steakhouse which stayed open til 1am, and denny's for breakfast. we tried some restaurants, including extreme pita which boasted an excellent cuisine.

Overall restful stay by at least 2 nights. The staff were very very nice and incredibly welcoming from arrival to departure. Moreover, it was great to have free Wi-Fi. The location was great and convenient, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Wild Waterworks.

The ground floor room was disturbingly loud with toilet noises from above!!! Shower had only one temperature-hot. Blackout curtains would enhance privacy!!! Fresh fruit in the lobby instead of fake decor would be a tremendous improvement!!!

Had a blast with my friends! We hit up Confederation Park and the Hall of Fame, a lot of fun. The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, there's ample parking and easy access to the highway.

We had a little hiccup when we requested a balcony. When we got there, it wasn't as expected, but thankfully they switched our room.

We loved visiting the nearby Confederation Park! Plenty of fun for our kids, with awesome food spots, play areas, and even go-karting. Having Denny's onsite was perfect for our big family, too.

My kids wished there was a larger pool for more splashing around. The noise from above was disruptive, especially with four little ones in tow. A bit more soundproofing would be a huge improvement for families.
